Common Uses: Cool and astringent nature helps to reduce excessive perspiration (particularly feet). Has also been used to combat haemorrhoids, menorrhagia, oily skin, rheumatism, and varicose veins (12ml Cypress and 12 ml Lavender in either ¾ bottle of Celutox or Precious Oil Carrier Blend). May assist oily and blemished skin.

Emotional Application: Cypress influences, strengthens, and helps ease the feeling of loss. Creates a feeling of security, grounding and it helps with emotional distress. Helpful for Fear, Boredom, Concentration, Confusion, Despondency, Guilt, Irritabilityand Obsessiveness.

Blends well with: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Orange and Sandalwood.

DIRECTIONS and INDICATIONS

VAPORISATION and INHALATION

Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to the top of your Aureole Electric Vapouriser. As the oil warms, inhale the aromatic vapours.

BATHING (TOPICAL)

Add 5-7 drops of essential oil into a full bath. Agitate the water to disperse the oil evenly before entering the water.

MASSAGE (TOPICAL)

Add 10 drops of essential oil to 20ml of Precious Oil Carrier Blend and gently massage over the body to assist in the relief of muscular cramps and spasms, and to help support general well being.
