Ordering online

All you have to do is browse through our range of Eleusian or Aureole products, and when you see something you like, just click on the product, size and quantity. You can select as many products/sizes as you like.

Then select your delivery option (Within Australia/International). When you're finished, simply click the "calculate" button at the end of the page followed by "submit" which will take you to the order confirmation page. From here, you can view your order and enter in your credit card details which will be sent through our 128-bit encrypted secure connection.

Security Statement

Your order is submitted to Eleusian via encrypted 128 bit secure system. Only two staff at Eleusian possess the decryption key and can process your credit card order. The order information and the credit card details are not stored on any server and therefore the information cannot be electronically compromised. Ordering by fax/mail/email

Email info@eleusian.com.au and we can email, fax or post you a price list and order form.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa or Mastercard through our secure server, or by fax, email or post. You can also pay by direct deposit, cheque or money order. Ordering by cheque may take a little longer, as your order cannot be dispatched until the funds are cleared.

Delivery

Within Australia : Standard Delivery via Australia Post at the rate of $7 per order (irrespective of the number of products ordered). Your order will usually be shipped before noon on the next business day after you place the order.

Standard Delivery within Australia usually takes between 1-5 business days.

International : Delivery by Air-Mail at the rate of $20 per order (irrespective of the number of products ordered) and generally delivery takes between 4-10 business days.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars ($AUD). For orders shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. For orders to be shipped outside of Australia, prices do not include GST and that will be reflected in the Total $AUD on the Order Confirmation Form.
