ELEUSIAN CLUB

The Eleusian Club provides Members with exclusive promotional and price offers, early advice and purchasing opportunities on new product releases, regular newsletters and beauty tips and benefits from the Eleusian Rewards Program.

MEMBERSHIP OF THE ELEUSIAN CLUB IS FREE!

To join the Eleusian Club: If you have not purchased direct from Eleusian before, simply place your first order of Eleusian or Aureole products at retail prices. You will then automatically become a Member of the Eleusian Club and can enjoy the benefits of membership, including Club Member prices, for all your subsequent purchases. You will be automatically be assigned an Eleusian Member number and your membership card will be forwarded to you with your first order.

Existing Members: Log in to the Members Section and quote your Membership Number.

ELEUSIAN REWARDS PROGRAM

At Eleusian Skin Care, we appreciate every single customer, but we really appreciate our repeat customers. To show our appreciation, we are therefore delighted to launch the Eleusian Rewards Program.

How it Works - Earning Rewards Vouchers by Purchasing Eleusian/Aureole

For every $1 you spend with Eleusian/Aureole, you will be credited with 1 point and for each 300 points accumulated, you will receive a rewards voucher to the value of $30, which can be redeemed against your next order.

The more you buy, the more vouchers you will receive eg you will receive your first voucher when your accumulated purchases reach 300 points, your second voucher when accumulated purchases reach 600 points, and so on. Please note that for the purpose of receiving vouchers, purchases can be carried over from one calendar year to the next, but vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

The voucher will be mailed to you with the order that takes your purchases over each 300 point mark and that $30 will then be deducted from your next order - even if your order includes specials. (You do not need to send the $30 voucher back to us to redeem it).

For those paying by mail (cheque/money order) or fax (credit card)

A separate section will be included in the Eleusian order form to allow you to deduct your voucher entitlements and payment can be made allowing for the voucher(s)

For those paying by phone

When placing an order by phone, we will automatically deduct the $30 voucher entitlement when processing the order and advise you of the revised total.

For those ordering online via the website www.eleusian.com.au

Just order in the normal way and although the Online Order Acknowledgment will show the total of your order (not allowing for Rewards Vouchers), we will deduct the applicable $30 voucher when processing your credit card payment and advise you of the revised total by email.

Eleusian automatically calculates and tracks your Reward Points, and you can check your Reward Points status at any time by calling us on Freecall 1800 226322.

An updated status of your Reward Points will be provided on the Receipt Form with each order you make and we will also advise you periodically of your status through our regular mailouts and newsletter.
