Common Uses: Sweet exotic oil is seductive promoting love and sensuality. Encourages self-confidence, awakening, sensuality, and relief from tension. It assists with feelings of isolation and depression, and allows us to inwardly unite and outwardly express. Helps relieve nervous tension; may assist with dry skin; and improves hair and scalp conditions.
Emotional Application: Agitation, Anger, Anxiety, Apathy, Boredom, Concentration, Confusion, Day Dreaming, Depression, Fear, Forgetfulness, Frustration, Irritability, Mood Swings, Obsessiveness, Panic, Restlessness, Shock.
Blends well with: Bergamot, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon, Neroli, Orange, Patchouli, Rose and Sandalwood.
DIRECTIONS and INDICATIONS
VAPORISATION and INHALATION
Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to the top of your Aureole Electric Vaporiser. As the oil warms, inhale the aromatic vapours to help relieve nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety.
BATHING STEAM BATH AND COMPRESS (TOPICAL)
Add 5-7drops of essential oil into a full bath. Agitate the water to disperse the oil evenly before entering the water. Beneficial during times of stress.
MASSAGE (TOPICAL)
Add 10 drops of essential oil to 20ml of Precious Oil Carrier Blend and gently massage over the body to assist in the improvement of general well being
