DIRECTIONS and INDICATIONS
VAPORISATION and INHALATION
Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to the top of your Aureole Electric Vaporiser. As the oil warms, inhale the aromatic vapours. to help relieve nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety.
BATHING (TOPICAL)
Add 6 drops of essential oil into a full bath. Agitate the water to disperse the oil evenly before entering the water. Soak for 10 minutes to receive the benefits during times of stress.
MASSAGE (TOPICAL)
Add 10 drops of essential oil to 20ml of Precious Oil Carrier Blend and gently massage over the body.
