Zeolite for Internal Use – full strength

The effective way of heat treating zeolite to kill any bacteria

1   Cook micronized zeolite for 1 hour at 100 deg C (in the oven, on a baking tray about 2 cm deep)

2   Allow to cool completely

3   Cook for another 1 hour at 100 deg C

The first stage triggers the growth of some types of bacteria, the second stage allows the bacteria to bloom, the third stage kills them.

Destroying any bacteria in this way also empties the cages, which further activates the zeolite

Recommended dosage

It is recommended that for internal use that you place initially 1/2 teaspoon of baked, pure micronized zeolite in a glass of approx 200mls of warm purified water and over a period of a month add until you take 2 heaped teaspoons – splitting one heaped teaspoon am and one heaped teaspoon pm. This gradual approach lessens the likelihood of any extreme unpleasant side effects of detoxification

1st week

Start gently by adding 1/2 teaspoon of pure micronized powder to 200mls of warm purified water. Stir and mix well and then drink immediately whilst warm.  This is important as being warm (as opposed to cold) it will go through the digestive system more easily 

NB this can be taken either first thing am or the last thing before retiring to bed.

2nd week

Take it up to a heaped teaspoon of the baked zeolite and add it to the warm water

3^rd  week

add 1 teaspoon to the warm water and take first thing in the morning and the heaped teaspoon last thing before retiring to bed.

 4th week

Take one heaped teaspoon of baked zeolite am and one heaped teaspoon  (as per above)

This can be an ongoing health tonic drink to help keep you healthy, increase vitality and generally help keep disease at bay.  Also excellent for any skin disorders, dermatitis, excema, hayfever, arthritis, aches and pains.

NB: It is imperative that you drink at least 2 litres of purified water a day when taking zeolite internally, to ensure that all toxins are flushed from within the body.

For an extra detoxifying bath – more so than the Goddess Connection bath soak – add 1 – 1and half tablespoons of the untreated zeolite(straight out of the container) into a bath and soak for 20 mins. (you can add your favourite essential oil blend) Make sure that you have a full glass of purified water afterwards.

The pure micronized zeolite powder can be mixed with water to form a paste and is excellent for the teeth, as it is wonderful for whitening and removing plaque and helpful for gum disease. Also as a face mask, or 5gms (1 teaspoon) in to 50gm of a cream. Beneficial when mixed with water for plants requiring an alkaline pH.
